I want to take a few minutes and introduce myself and share my story. My name is Brenda, I am a daughter, mother, grandmother and wife.
I have always loved vintage furniture and throughout the years have done several of my own pieces. I have worked most of my life in retail optical, dealing with high pressure goals and grumpy boss's....stressful to say the least.
I am truley Blessed to still have my parents and a daughter that does a wonderful job raising my granddaughter while teaching 1st grade and works two other jobs.

IT IS TIME TO GIVE BACK:
Little River Cottage was created to allow me to work at home so I can be available when needed and enjoy a creative job at the same time.

Many hours are spent working way into the early morning hours to take what was old and in some cases broken and transform it into a brand new piece of lovely furniture that someone will love and hopefully hand down to their family.

All my pricing is based on the price I paid, the time involved and product. Please take a moment and consider the price of cheap particle board furniture that comes in a box and will never hold up to these vintage pieces, you will find my prices as well as others that share this passion are extremely well priced.
